Michele Willmott is a qualified Sivananda yoga teacher. The Sivananda Yoga School is an International organisation with centres and ashrams in Paris, London, Geneva and many other major cities. Her lessons involve classical Hatha yoga postures combined with breathing and relaxation techniques to help you stretch, unwind and release mental and physical tension.

Also a qualified Meditation teacher Michele can offer you an invaluable insight and experience in the art of focused relaxation.
Many of us take time out to relax physically on holiday but this does not always mean that we are able to relax mentally. Individuals can still carry around worries or anxieties with them and these may even resurface especially when out of a normal routine. With a little time, practice and expert tuition however, meditation can become a life changing and even blissful experience which can enhance all areas of our life.

Yoga and Walking

We can offer you the great combination of guided walks and Yoga sessions. Whether you desire a physical challenge or just wish to take in the fantastic Alpine scenery at your own pace, our walks can be tailor made. Yoga postures are an ideal addition as they present a great way of stretching out after your walk, maintaining joint mobility and avoiding muscle soreness.

Yoga and Skiing

Maximise your performance on the slopes by learning how to build your strength and stamina, improve flexibility, balance and coordination through yoga lessons.
Start the day with an early morning yoga class before skiing, snowboarding or stretch out and unwind after your day on the slopes.
